WHAT IS FREEZE DRIED?
Freeze Drying is a 10+ hour process that involves a low temperature dehydration system that freezes a product, lowers pressure with a vacuum chamber, and adds heat to remove the moisture in the product.
Nearly all of the nutritional value of fresh food will remain unlike other methods that use higher temperatures that destroy much of the food value.
Some foods can last up to 25 years if stored in the proper conditions!
